2 shallots
½ to ¾ cups dry white wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup half and half
2 tbsp flour
Salt and white pepper to taste
Couple of chicken breasts

Flour chicken breasts and lightly fry or saute in a skillet, turn and cook to taste, season with Lawry's and Lemon Pepper. Meanwhile...
In a large skillet or sauce pan, soften shallots in a little butter until soft
Add chicken broth, bring to a simmer and reduce, stirring often
When reduced for a bit, add white wine or dry sherry and reduce further, stirring often
Let the sauce cool slightly before adding the half and half and reduce while not quite simmering [as you can't boil cream sauce].
When sauce a nice consistency, pour over chicken breasts that are sitting on rice.
