2 Tbsp "Costco" mesquite seasoning
1 tsp celery seed powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 cup brown sugar

pork ribs, chops~or chicken pieces

Directions:

Mix all of the above "rub" together
Place meat in baking dish

Spread or sprinkle rub on meat . Let stand 15 minutes. Then put on grill.
Bake @ 375º for 45 minutes

Connie gave me this recipe quickly one day and said it is so good with baby back ribs baked in the oven (or bbq). I haven't tried yet, but you could probably use any mesquite seasoning but she suggests the kind they sell @ Costco ;-)
