1 Stick butter

2 cups of powdered sugar

3 cups of flaked coconut

4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Directions:
Melt 1 stick of butter. Mix in 2 cups of powdered sugar and mix. Add 3 cups of flaked coconut. Shape into balls and poke a hole in the middle. Place balls on waxed paper.

Melt semi-sweet chocolate and pour into each coconut candy. Refrigerate or freeze
