1 cup oil

1 3/4 cup sugar

2 cups flour

1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder

dash salt

1 tbsp. cinnamon


(6 cubed apples, 1 cup chopped walnuts)

Blend top ingredients together till well blended. Add nuts and apples and mix.

Bake 350º. for 45-50 minutes till brown in a greased and floured 9x13 pan
