6 red peppers
1 head of garlic
1 14 oz. can diced tomatoes
1/2 c. cream

olive oil
salt
pepper


1 smoked gouda cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º

Cut peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Cut top of garlic to expose the garlic. Put peppers and garlic on baking pan.
Drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and black pepper.
