2 lb.large raw shrimp
1/2 c. minced green onions
1 c. toasted bread crumbs
(or Pepperidge Farms seasoned stuffing)
1 1/2 c. hot milk
1 celery heart, minced
1/2 c. minced parsley
1/8 tsp. thyme
1/8 tsp. paprika
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 green pepper, minced
juice of 1 lemon
2 T. Worcestershire sauce
4 T. parmeasan cheese, grated

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375º

Cream butter, add salt and garlic. Mix well. Add minced vegetables and seasonings. Add crumbs. Pour hot milk over it all and let stand until it thickens.
Place layer of shrimp in casserole, cover with crumb mixture and bake 20 minutes until lightly crusted.
