3 eggs
1 c oil
2 c sugar
2 tsp vanilla
2 c grated Zucchini
1 c crushed pineapple
3 c flour
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, powder, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Add the zucchini, pineapple, and flour mixture to the egg-sugar mixture. Blend well. Pour batter into greased and floured loaf pan.
Bake for 1 hour 325º-350º

Grandma would leave some of the peeling on the zucchini and add cherries for color. She would also add pecans.
