1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots

Frosting
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, room temp.
1 tsp. vanilla
3 1/2 c, powdered sugar

Preheat oven to 350º

Meanwhile combine cake ingredients in large bowl. Put in 9 x 13 pan. Bake 40 minutes until cake tester inserted comes out clean.

Remove from oven and cool.

Meanwhile beat frsting ingredients together and spread over cooled cake.

10 minutes prep, 40 minutes cooking, cooling time. 5 minutes frosting
