Ingredients:  
1 cup or more bite size cooked chicken
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 tsp. chopped onion(dehydrated)
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 hard boiled eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups cooked rice
salt, pepper, 1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 can (sm) french fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except french fried onions and bake in covered casserole for 30 min. @ 350.
Sprinkle with french fried onions and return to oven to brown

Mom gave me this recipe in the early 1980's. I remember it was very good, but a little bland. I would definitely make it again, only spice it up a bit.
