5-6 red potatoes, cut in large chunks, cooled and cut small
Thin sliced celery
sweet pickles, cut in small pieces
dill pickles, cut in small pieces
onion to taste, chopped
2 hard boiled eggs
1/1/2 cup miracle whip
1 tbsp sweet pickle juice
1 tbsp dill pickle juice
salt
black pepper
dill spice if want
celery seed if want
1/2 tbsp prepared mustard (can cut with wasabe)
Mix well and gently fold into cold potatoes with chopped hard boiled egg. Sprinkle with paprika, sliced olives, cheese, egg, green onion to taste.

Mother did not exactly give recipe but did give this to Amy. She grinned one time and slyly said she sometimes added a bit of ranch dressing. Every time she made it, she said it wouldn't be good this time. I never tasted bad potato salad from her recipe.
