2 small boxes lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. 7-Up
Mix and cool the Jello and boiling water, add 7-Up and chill till partly set and then add:

1 c. miniature marshmallows
1No. 1 can of crushed pineapple (drain)
3 or 4 medium bananas (sliced)
1/2 cup pecans

Here's the topping for this salad- 2 T butter, 2 T flour, 1 egg, and 1 cup pineapple juice. Melt the butter, add the flour, add the beaten egg and pineapple juice, cook this mixture until thick. Cool and add 1 cup of cream, whipped and sweetened, to the custard mixture, then spread over the Jello.

Refrigerate until ready to serve
