8 oz. cream cheese
1/4 c conf. sugar
1/4 c milk
2 tsp lemon juice
6 drops red food coloring
1 angel cake mix (I use Duncan Hines)
1 c whipping cream
2 c strawberries
2 T conf. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 drops red food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake angel food cake - cool completely- and slice into three layers.
Blend cream cheese and 1/4 c conf. sugar together; gradually blend in milk, lemon juice and enough coloring to turn delicate pink. Spread layers first with cream cheese mixture, then with sliced strawberries. Repeat to re-form cake. Chill 1 hour before serving.
Beat cream until still; fold in conf. sugar, vanilla and food coloring. Frost sides and top. Chill until serving time.
