1 pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough

1 (8oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/3 c. sugar

1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

2 T. milk

Fresh Fruit: sliced peeled peaches, sliced grapes, sliced strawberries, kiwi, bananas or orange sections.

Roll cookie dough on slightly greased pizza pan. Bake 350º for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and milk. Spread onto top of cooled cookie crust. Arrange fruit on top in an interesting circular design. Pick several different fruits for topping.
