2 1/4 C flour
1 t baking powder
1/2 t baking soda
1/2 t salt
1 c butter softened
3/4 c sugar
3/4 c light brown sugar
1 t vanilla
1 large egg
1/2 c semi sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c milk chocolate chips
1/2 c white chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium bowl and set aside.
Mix together the butter and sugars with electric mixer.
Add the vanilla and egg on medium spped.
Add flour mixture and mix on low speed-don't over mix.
Blend in chocolate chips.
Scoop about 2 T of the dough into a ball onto a baking sheet (flatten down with back of spoon). Space about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350º for approximately 15 minutes (longer for crispier cookies)
