1 c sugar
1 tbsp vinegar
1 lb melted chocolate
1 c dark corn syrup
1 tbsp baking soda
Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, corn syrup and vinegar, cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until sugar is dissolved. Cook without stirring to hard crack (300º) Remove from heat and quickly stir in soda. Pour onto cookie sheet (DO NOT SPREAD). When cool break and dip into chocolate
