4 c sugar
2 c whipping cream
2 tbs corn syrup

Directions:
Combine in heavy pot, heat over low heat til sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium and bring to boil. Boil til soft ball stage is reached, pour into bowl and let cool slightly. Beat til smooth and cramy, add flavoring, roll and dip in chocolate
