Ingredients:
4 pieces of pork Schnitzel or chicken breasts (cut into thin Schnitzel)
hammer a little
fine white bread crumbs
flour
2 eggs
lemon juice
milk

Directions:
Directions:
Salt Schnitzels. Prepare 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs and a little milk (egg wash) and one with breadcrumbs. Coat each Schnitzel with flour, then dip in egg – make sure it is totally covered - and then coat it with breadcrumbs. I use my knuckles, hitting the crumbs onto the meat!!

Heat olive oil in pan and fry Schnitzel on low heat. It should not fry fast, rather slow and until the Schnitzel is golden brown. Put paper towels on a plate and place Schnitzels onto plate to drain fat! Potatoes or rice with this meal.

Same method for CHICKEN SCHNITZEL!!

All of my grandchildren love this meal the best. We have a so called 'Schnitzel night'. I serve it with potatoes and green salad.
