1 Yellow Cake Mix (prefer Duncan Hines)
3 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 large can mandarin oranges with juice

Frosting:
1 large container of cool whip
1 boxed jello cheesecake
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 small can mandarin oranges (drained)

Directions:
Directions:
Blend cake mix, eggs, oil, and oranges in large mixing bowl 3-5 minutes or until smooth. Pour into two 8" or 9" greased and floured round cake pans. Cook at 325º for approximately 25 - 30 minutes. Let cool completely.

While cake is baking, pour cool whip into chilled mixing bowl and blend. Add cheesecake filling (not crust), pineapple, and oranges. Blend well - place in refrigerator until ready for use.

When cake is ready to frost, put filling in between layers and then frost cake, using the remaining oranges as a topping.
