2 cans Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, 2 T vanilla, About 2 & 1/2 cups water, 1/4 tsp salt and whole milk.

Mix the first four ingredients in the freezer can. Mix well and then fill with whole milk. There is usually a fill line mark. Refrigerates until time to make the ice cream. Follow the directions for your freezer, whether it is a hand crank or electric. You can pack the ice cream according to freezer directions to ripen the ice cream.

This is a simple, no cook recipe. You can add ingredients, such as chocolate syrup or fresh strawberries or peaches. Fruit is usually added carefully after the mixture is partially frozen, otherwise they will all fall to the bottom.
