2 1/2 c butter (5 sticks), melted
2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
8 c flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 c milk

Icing:
3 1/2 c powdered sugar
2 T powdered meringue (this is a must)
5 T water, may add more for consistancy

There is no method or order to these. I literally dump everything in a large bowl. Stir and roll out very thick, almost to 1/2 inch. Cut and bake in 380º - 400º oven for 6 - 8 minutes. They should not be brown at all.

Icing:
Use hand mixer until mixed. The more you beat the stiffer it gets so stop as soon as mixed. Scrape into large ziplock bag and cut corner to squeeze onto cooled cookies.
