1 Pkg. Sweet Italian Sausage
1 Green Pepper
1 Yellow Pepper
1 Orange or Red Pepper
1 Medium Onion
1 Stick Butter
Olive Oil
Garlic Salt or Fresh Garlic Minced
Pasta of Your Choice

PLACE ITALIAN SAUSAGE IN FRYING PAN WITH WATER AT LEAST HALF WAY UP. BOIL FOR 20 MINUTES ON MED. HEAT. TURN AND BOIL FOR ANOTHER 20 MINUTES (MAKE SURE WATER LEVEL IS ENOUGH). LET WATER BOIL OFF AND LET SAUSAGE BROWN ON ALL SIDES. PULL CASING OFF AND SLICE, SET ASIDE. WHILE THE SAUSAGE IS BOILING, CUT UP AS MUCH GREEN, RED, YELLOW OR ORANGE PEPPER AS YOU LIKE (I USE ABOUT HALF to one OF EACH depending on size). SLICE ONION. PLACE ONION SLICES AND PEPPER INTO A FRYING PAN WITH 1 STICK BUTTER. SAUTE UNTIL SOFT AND TENDER. BOIL PASTA ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. DRAIN. WHILE PASTA IS BOILING, ADD SAUSAGE SLICES TO PEPPER, ONION & BUTTER. ADD OLIVE OIL TO YOUR TASTE, (I USUALLY ADD ¼ CUP AND THEN AFTER I HAVE ADDED ALL TO PASTA AND TOSSED, I TASTE TEST AND ADJUST ACCORDINGLY). ADD SAUSAGE, PEPPER, ONION, BUTTER & OLIVE OIL MIXTURE TO PASTA AND ADD GARLIC SALT or FRESH MINCED GARLIC TO YOUR LIKING. SERVE WARM WITH SALAD AND GARLIC BREAD.
