2 cups cooked giblets
2 cups diced celery
4 onions chopped
6 cups cooked rice
6 raw eggs
20 slices of bread toasted dark, dipped in water till wet.

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onions. Add to cooled rice and toast. Add eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Add eggs, giblets, and mix. I usually use my electric hand mixer.
Bake at 350 º for one hour.

The original recipe calls for only the giblets. I also use the turkey hearts, liver, neck after they are cooked. The liquid I cook those in, I also use some of it for adding to the dressing before and during cooking, makes it moister
