1 1/2 c. each drained and rinsed black beans, garbanzo beans,pinto beans, red beans, and baby lima beans.
1 c. each chopped red and green bell peppers
1 c. chopped scallions
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
1/4 c. chopped jalapenos or to taste
1 c. green chilies (canned)
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 1/2 c. golden Italian dressing
1 c. picante sauce or salsa
salt and pepper to taste
optional tabasco sauce

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least one hour or up to 3 days.

Yields 1 1/2 quarts.
