flour tortillas (8-10 inch)
olive oil
fresh basil, parsley, chives, oregeno
fresh tomatoes
mozarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Coat both sides of tortillas with olive oil. Place chopped up fresh herbs on each tortilla. Add chopped fresh tomatoes. Add mozarella cheese.
Bake 450º for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

Good in the summer with the fresh herbs. In winter can use pesto or even pizza sauce. I have even added cooked chicken pieces. Experiment and enjoy!
