5 tbls butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 and 1/2 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
2 and 1/2 c. rice krispies
1 c. chopped walnuts (or pecans)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and cook butter, sugar, eggs and dates in electric skillet (360º) until thick. Add and blend rest of ingredients. As soon as cool enough to handle roll in small balls. Dip in powdered sugar.
