10 cups flour

3 tablespoons sugar

1 tablespoon salt

2 packages yeast

5 tablespoons shortening (Crisco, oil or butter)

26-32 oz warm water (start w/ 26 oz and add up to 32 oz if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Knead, let rise. Shape into rolls and let rise again.

Use an egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. (Egg wash - scramble egg with about 1 tablespoon water)

Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
