6 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or I use chicken thighs, skinless)
1/2 c. olive oil (or melted butter)
3/4 c. Italian Bread Crumbs
2 T. Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt or garlic powder
1/4 c. white wine (or chicken broth)
1/4 c. chopped chives
1/4 c. chopped parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together bread crumbs, cheese, basil, oregano, and garlic. Dip chicken in Olive oil/butter, then in crumb mixture.
Bake in a greased uncovered pan for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. Top with 1/4 cup white wine (or chicken broth), 1/4 cup chopped chives, & 1/4 cup chopped parsley. Bake another 15 minutes.
