2 lbs. ground round
1 large onion
1 green pepper
2 jalapeņo peppers with seeds
1 garlic clove
2 T. chili powder
1 T. paprika
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
dash of sugar
1 can (32oz.) tomatoes, drained
1 can (8oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 c. beef broth
1/2 c. flat beer

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the meat, drain, set aside. Cut up the onion, green pepper, jalapeņo and garlic, then saute. Stir in the spices. Add the tomatoes, tomato sauce, broth, beer and meat. Simmer covered for one hour, then uncovered for two more, stirring frequently.
Refrigerate overnight or up to two days. Reheat and serve.
