1/2 c. Salt Pork
1 c. chopped onion
2 T. flour
1 c. clam broth
3 c. chopped clams and juice
2 c. diced potatoes
2 pints of half & half

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, cook salt pork until crispy. Add onion and cook until soft. Add flour, mix well, and cook 1 minute.
Add clam broth and boil until soup thickens. Add clams and juice, bring to a boil. Add potatoes and half and half, simmer 30 minutes, season to taste with salt and pepper, also hot sauce and Worcestershire.
