6 large onions
6 green peppers
6 cups celery
3 1/2 teaspoon salt
3 /12 teaspoon pepper
3 1/2 teaspoon Lawry's salt
2 tablespoons oregano
10 tablespoons chili powder (or more )
Dried hot pepper ( optional )
6 tablespoons liquid OXO or equak cubes
7 - 28 oz can of sttewed tomatoes
1 can V8 juice
14 pounds of lean and med ground beef 1/2 & 1/2
6 cloves of garlic (maybe more according to size )

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat. Transfer to large pot

Saute onion,garlic and celery in oil for 10 minutes
Add tomatoes,V8 juice,onions,garlic,celery,salt ,pepper,Lawry's salt,oregano , chili powder and OXO to meat. Add dry hot peppers if desired.

Simmer for 2 hours
Heat 6 - 28 cans of kidney beans,strain and add to above 1/2 hr before serving. Saute green pepper, put in Chili 15 minutes before serving.

Serve with Bread. soften butter add powdered garlix to taste, spread on 6 - 7 loaves of bread. Wrap, heat in tinfoil at 350 until warm then serve.
