Ripe Avocados, 1-2;
Salsa Fresca - make it yourself or Whole Foods makes the one I use - 2 small or 1 large tub;
Frozen Roasted Corn [Trader Joe's is best], room temperature - about 2 cups;
Black beans half to a full can;
Balsamic Vinegar - a dash or two;
Optional - cut grape tomatoes, if needed

Warm/unfreeze the corn, cut the avocado into little cubes, add the beans, vinegar and salsa. Mix gently to keep the avocado from getting damaged. Serve with chips or as a side dish with grilled meat/fish/poultry
