2 c. cooked rice
1 large can shrimp, or 2 small cans, or the fresh or frozen equivalent
1 pt. heavy cream
6 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered casserole dish.
Bake in slow oven, 300º, 50 minutes to an hour.

This recipe is copied 4 times in Grama's recipe book, she must have liked it! Polly made it for us as kids. It is the coziest of comfort foods.
