6 or more peppers
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 finely chopped onion
4 fresh tomatoes peeled and diced
Or 1 cup canned tomatoes
3 cups cooked rice
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 cups Grated Sharp Cheese

Directions:
Clean peppers & cut in half lengthwise. Drop in boiling water & boil for 5 mins. Drain... Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat. Add onion .. cover & cook until onions are tender. Add tomatoes and rice; cover & cook for 5 mins. Season to taste with salt and pepper. FILL peppers & Top with grated sharp cheese.Use a 9x13 pan. Works great. Bake 350* for 20 to 30 mins. or until cheese is melted.
