1 c. vinegar
2 c. sugar
1 clove garlic
frozen or fresh chicken wings to fill a 9x13 glass pan

Directions:

Marinate wings for 3-4 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1.5-2.5 hours flipping several times til caramelized.
