1 bag red potatoes - cooked with skin on, cut into bite size pieces
1 1/2 c of mayonnaise
1 small jar kosher dill pickles, cut into small pieces (save some pickle juice)
4 green onions, sliced
2 small tomatoes, diced
1 cucumber, diced
1 green pepper, diced

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise and part of the pickle juice, until a sauce is smooth and fairly liquid. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add all cut up veggies and mix will, refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Add more salt and pepper since potatoes will absorb most of the liquid. Refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
