2 sides back spareribs
1/4 cup vinegar
3 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
10 oz can pineapple undrained , crushed
1/2 cup ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350.In a saucepan combine sugar,cornstarch and salt.Stir in vinegar,ketchup ,crushed pineapple and soy sauce.Cook and stir until thickened and clear.Cut spareribs in serving size pieces. Arrange in roasting pan and pour on the pineapple sauce. Cover and bake for 1 /12 to 2 hours.
