You will need an iron frying pan and a wood burning stove for best results and some hungry folk just in from a walk in the woodlands paths

Directions:
A warm pan with melted butter,plenty of cut up onions, left over meats ( can be beef,ham or corned beef) chopped fine.Top with lots of cooked,cubed potatoes,salt and pepper to taste.Cook on stove top or place in oven to brown lightly. Serve with hot biscuits and baked beans.
