1 (8 oz) Package softened cream cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup grated Romano Cheese
1/4 cup Asiago Cheese
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
pepper to taste
1 (14 oz) can drained and chopped artichoke hearts
3/4 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º and lightly grease a small baking dish.

In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, Parmesan, Romano, Asiago, garlic, basil, garlic salt, and pepper. Mix in spinach and artichoke hearts.

Spread mixture into the baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until the cheese on top bubbles and is lightly brown.

When I make this recipe for parties I double all of the ingredients and use a 9x13" baking pan. I usually put out tortilla chips but you can also serve it with thinly sliced, crispy toasted bread.
