1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp pepper
2 lbs beef , cubed
3 med onions,chopped
1/4 tsp pepper
1 clove garlic,crushed
2 beef bouillion cubes
6 carrots,cut thick
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
6 slices bacon,cut up
3 tsp salt
1/8 tsp marjoram
2 cups boiling watwer
6 med potatoes, cut to 1 sq
1 pt. sour cream
Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour,1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper and paprika in a flat dish.roll cubes of meat in mixture.Put bacon pieces in heavy saucepan or Dutch oven and cook until transparent. Add onions and cook ,stir until onions are yellow and bacon is browned. Add meat and brown ligthtly on all sides ,stirring constantly.
Add 3 tsp salt,1/4 tsp pepper ,,marjoram,garlic,water and bouillon cubes.Bring to a boil, turn down heat and cover tightly

Simmer until meat is nearly tender, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.Add more water if neccessary to keep stew from sticking.Add potatoes and carrots,cover and simmer until veggies and meat are all tender. Add sour crean gradually stirring constantly and heat bt do not boil or cream will curdle
