2 pounds ground round
2 eggs
1 cup or less bread crumbs or Saltine cracker crumbs
1/2 cup or more mild picante sauce
1/4 cup or more ketchup
1/4 cup or more milk
1 tsp. seasoning salt
dash of garlic powder

Topping for meatloaf:
Mix cocktail sauce, a little brown sugar and a little lemon juice.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for a loaf and place in loaf pan or loaf dish. Spread sauce over all, saving a little for basting during the cooking process. Bake @ 350º uncovered or until cooked. Let sit for 5 minutes before slicing,

With leftover meatloaf, we always enjoy meatloaf sandwiches. My Mother fed these to us over the years..... Spread ketchup on either bread or hamburger buns. Slice leftover meatloaf and place on bun. Next, put a slice of American or cheddar cheese over meatloaf and warm in oven until cheese is melted. Yum!
