2 cups flour
11/2 tea baking powder
1 tea. salt
2 tab.
1/2 cup water or so till dough is right
Directions:
Directions:
mix all till dough is sticky,then knead for 2 min.still not sticky,cover let rest for 10-20 min.divide dough into 8 balls, let rest again for 10 min.roll each ball into a circle,
fry in a dry hot pan turn when it starts to blister then turn.
