3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
Pinch of cayenne powder

1/2 cup margarine or butter softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup fancy molasses
2 tbsp cold prepared tea

Directions:
Directions:
Measure first 7 ingredients into medium bowl.Stir well
Cream margarine and sugar together in large bowl.
Add molasses and prepared tea. Mix well.Add flour mixture. Mix well.Cover - refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
Roll out on lightly floured surface about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut into 2 1/2 inch circles.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 oven for 10 - 12 minutes
