1 cup flour
1 cup margarine
3/4 cup icing sugar
2 pkgs. pistachio pudding
2 tbsp white sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup cool whip
2 cups milk (not skim)
Directions:
Directions:
Blend together flour,white sugar and margarine and press into 9 x 13 pan. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 325. Cool for 10 minutes. Mix together cream cheese,icing sugar and cool whip and spread over cooked base layer. Whip together pudding and milk with mixer until set. Spread over cheese mixture.Let stand a few minutes. Top with cool whip and set in refrigerator. This takes one large container of cool whip. Can also be decorated with peach slices or other fruits such as cherries.
