1 1/2 lbs beefstew
2 tbs cooking oil
1 can mushroom gravy
1 cup tomato juice
1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 tsp horseradish
4 medium potatoes quartered

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in skillet in oil. Add mushroom gravy, tomato juice, onion soup mix and horseradish. Simmer covered for 5 minutes. Place potatoes in bottom of 2 qt casserole. Top with meat. Bake covered at 350º for 1 1/2 hours until meat and potatoes are tender. Stir once or twice.
