Cream:
1/2 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1/2 c butter
Add 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt
1 c flour
1/2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 c 40% Bran Flakes
1 1/4 c flaked coconut
Mix together , roll in balls and flatten with a fork
Bake @ 350 about 12 minutes
