1/2 pound raw medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
2/3 cup heavy cream
1 egg white
3 tablespoons Frank's RedHot original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tablespoon seasoned salt
1 pound crabmeat or imitation crabmeat, flaked (4 cups)
1 red or yellow bell pepper, minced
2 green onions, minced
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup corn oil
Red Pepper Sauce ( Recipe follows)

Directions:
Place shrimp, cream, egg white, Frank's Hotsauce, Worcestershire and seasoned salt in food processor. Process until mixture is pureed. transfer to a large bowl.
Add crabmeat, bell pepper, onions and parsley. Mix with fork until well blended.
Shape crabmeat mixture into 12 (1/2-inch-thick) patties, using about 1/4 cup mixture for each. Coat both sides in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet. Add crab cakes; cook until browned on both sides. Drain on paper towels. Serve with Red Pepper Sauce.

Red Pepper Sauce
Place 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted red peppers, drained, 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 3 tablepoons, Frank's RedHot sauce, 2 tablespoons minced onion, 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard, 1 tablespoon minced parsley, and 1 clove garlic in a blender or food processor. Cover; blend until smooth.
