1 large round steak
Flour seasoned with salt and pepper
1 onion, chopped
2 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1 can 15oz tomato
1 can 8oz tomato sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak in serving pieces; dredge in flour mixture. Spray pan with Pam and brown meat. Remove and drain. Chop and sauté onions, jalapeno and tomato. Add the tomato sauce simmer a few minutes and then add the steak and simmer until tender.
