1 ½ lb ground beef
2/3 c evaporated milk(small can)
1/3 c dry bead crumbs
¼ c ketchup
1 t salt
2 t Worcestershire sauce
¼ t pepper
1 egg

3 medium potatoes
2 medium onions
3 medium carrots
½ c water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients. Mix well.
Shape into a loaf and place in a 9 x 13 pan.
Cut up vegetables and place in layers around the meat. Add water.
Cover tightly with foil and bake at 375 degree for 1 hour or until the vegetables are tender.
Remove foil and bake 10 more minutes to brown the meat.
