Trimmed brisket
garlic powder, salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place trimmed brisket, fat side up in a pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle seasonings on top (fat side).
Cover with foil.
Bake 10 hours at 225.
Let brisket cool to room temperature and place in refrigerator.
Once the meat is cold it is easier to slice.
Take brisket out for one hour, cover with bbq sauce and bake at 225 for one hour.
