Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Rhodes frozen bread dough 5 loaves
Butter 1-2 cups
Walnuts 1 cup chopped fine
Raisins
Brown sugar 1 cup
Cinnamon and sugar mix to sprinkle 1/3 cup
Powdered sugar 3 cups for frosting, vanilla and milk add to frosting

Directions:
Directions:
First, let bread dough dethaw in fridge overnight.
Then roll out each loaf into a rectangle and rub butter on the face up side of dough, generously. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mix over the bread dough. Add raisins if desired and then roll up dough to make a long snake. You will cut the rolls every 2 inches approximately.

Next melt 1 cup butter in saucepan and add 1 cup brown sugar and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup chopped walnuts and stir. Do not let burn.

Pour the mixture into the bottom of 2 9 by 13 pans so it covers the bottom. Then place the cut rolls into the pan leaving room for them to rise.

Let the rolls rise in a barely warm oven or counter until twice the original size. Then bake at 350 for approximately 16-20 min., until golden brown on top.

Immediately flip the pan over on large sheet of heavy duty foil, and spread any stuff left on the bottom back on the rolls.

When cooled flip them back over and frost with vanilla icing, make sure you use buttercream frosting, no reason to save calories on these rolls.

Serve and enjoy...they are great the next day for breakfast.
